Fast-Setting Hydraulic Repair Mortar

Purpose:

How to Use (Plugging):

1. Prep: Chip or saw a 1.5″ deep x 1″ wide dovetail cavity. Clean and flush with water.

2. Mix: 1 part water to 3.25–3.5 parts powder. Use within 3 mins.

3. Apply: Form a plug with gloved hands and press into the crack. Start from the lowest point of water flow.

 

🛠 Heavy Pressure Tip:
Use a bleeder hose to relieve pressure during high-flow repairs. Seal the rest, let it cure, then remove the hose and plug the remaining hole.

Patching Instructions:

1. Surface Prep: Chip out damaged concrete to sound base. Saturate with water and remove excess.

2. Mix 1 part water to 3–3.5 parts Patch’n Plug for mortar.

3. Apply: Trowel into area. For large repairs, mix with fine sand or crushed stone, or use Xypex Megamix II.
