⚠️ Important Notes

• Allow concrete to cure 3–6 weeks before application
• For structural use, keep long-term loads ≤ 20–25% of failure load
• Mix only one unit at a time
• Provide support for overhead/vertical elements
• Avoid dew point conditions during application

🧽 Preparation

• Surfaces must be clean, sound, free of grease, rust, coatings, or dust
• Concrete: Use abrasive tools to expose open texture
• Steel: Abrasive blast or wire brush to bright finish
• Remove dust with a vacuum or blower

🌀 Mixing & Application

• Mix Part A briefly
• Add Part B and mix for 3 mins, then remix in clean container for 1 min
• Apply with brush, roller, trowel, or spray
• For fresh concrete bonding: place while epoxy is still tacky
• If glossy, reapply before placing concrete
